What You Need

8
 plum tomatoes (2 lb.) cut lengthwise in half
1
Tbsp.  olive oil
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Italian Parmesan Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
1
Tbsp.  chopped fresh parsley

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

PLACE tomatoes, cut-sides up, on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with oil.

BAKE 30 min. or until lightly browned.

TOP each tomato half with 1 Tbsp. cheese mixture; bake 15 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
