Marinate ingredients and assemble kabobs as directed. Heat broiler. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade. Place kabobs on broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
Fire up the grill. These tasty kabobs feature a colorful combination of chicken, yellow squash and red peppers, a good source of vitamins A and C.
