Parsley-Tomato Summer Pasta with Bacon

Celebrate summer with this easy 20-minute pasta dish. It's a family-pleaser, with chopped parsley, onions and tomatoes and a sprinkling of Parm and bacon.

What You Need

1/2
lb.  spaghetti, uncooked
3
large  tomatoes, chopped
1/2
cup  chopped onions
1/4
cup  chopped fresh parsley
1/4
cup  KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2
tsp.  garlic salt
1/4
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4
cup  OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

Make It

COOK spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, toss tomatoes, onions and parsley in large serving bowl.

DRAIN spaghetti. Add to vegetables with dressing and garlic salt; toss to coat. Top with cheese and bacon just before serving.

A super quick way to create this fresh tomato sauce is placing tomatoes, onion, parsley and dressing in food processor container. Pulse 12 times or until tomatoes are coarsely chopped.
Best of Season
For the richest flavor and color, use very ripe tomatoes when preparing this sauce.
Substitute
Substitute fresh basil leaves for parsley.
