pkg.  (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/2
cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Tbsp.  finely chopped red peppers

Tbsp.  finely chopped green onions
2
tsp.  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/2
cup  finely chopped fresh parsley
12
stalks  celery, cut crosswise into quarters
 RITZ Crackers with Whole Wheat

Make It

BEAT Neufchatel and cheddar in small bowl with mixer until well blended.

ADD peppers, onions and mustard; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.

SHAPE into ball; roll in parsley. Serve with celery and crackers.
