Save 40 calories and 9 grams of fat per serving by coating the cheese ball with parsley instead of nuts, reducing the amount of cheese and using Neufchatel cheese and 2% Milk Cheddar instead of full-fat cheeses. Finally, we serve the cheese ball with RITZ Whole Wheat Crackers.
