Rated 4 out of 5 by from The first time I made this it was a HIT! The first time I made this it was a HIT! I substituted honey ham for the salmon and added roasted red peppers. My guest went NUTS over them. I'm going to experiment with other fillings and hopefully they will be as delicious. I'm thinking procuitto, artichokes, rr peppers and sharp provolone. Yum!!

The only difference I made was I used lettuce instead of spinach and I used thin sliced ham and also put slices of chees in and rolled it up in a tortilla. Loved by all. Thank you.

I tried this recipe as a low calorie afternoon snack and it was fine but I will most likely not make it again. I was not wild about the chive and onion cream chese. If you like roll ups it would probably be a good choice. I had never had roll ups before and I don't think I will again.

Everyone commented on how the salmon and cream cheese filling gave it an amazing taste. I do agree that you need to add more salmon to make it work, so I doubled the amount.
