What You Need

lb.  chicken wings
1/3
cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
6
 dried pasilla chiles, stemmed, seeded and hydrated
1/2
small  red onion
4
cloves  garlic
1/4
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

GRILL chicken 12 min., turning frequently. Meanwhile, blend all remaining ingredients except sour cream in blender until smooth.

RESERVE half the barbecue sauce mixture. Brush chicken with remaining barbecue mixture; grill 8 min. or until done.

MIX reserved barbecue mixture and sour cream. Serve with chicken.

How to Use Your Oven
Heat oven to 400ºF. Toss chicken with half the barbecue sauce mixture; spread onto bottom of foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 min. or until done.
How to Hydrate the Chiles
Remove and discard stems and seeds of chiles; place chiles in small bowl. Add enough boiling water to completely cover chiles. Let stand 30 min. or until chiles are softened; drain.
