What You Need

cloves garlic, minced

1/4

cup olive oil, divided

jar (12 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained, finely chopped

pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast

oz. farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked

pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Make It

COOK and stir garlic in 2 Tbsp. of the oil in skillet on medium heat 3 minutes. Add peppers, chicken breast strips and remaining 2 Tbsp. oil. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through.

COOK pasta as directed on package; drain.

TOSS vegetable mixture with hot pasta and feta cheese. Sprinkle with parsley.

This was fantastic and so simple! Our grocery store was out of the chicken strips so I just baked some chicken with Italian seasoning on top and cut it up to put in the mixture. My husband loved it too!

My husband and I loved this recipe! I barbequed my own chicken breasts and basted them in Greek with Feta and Oregano dressing (gave a nice flavour to the chicken in the dish). I also added some of the dressing to the overall dish. It was awesome! Will be making this again for sure!

This was a decent recipe. My husband made it tonight but added frozen spinach. The spinach added a real nice flavor. This sure wasn't a gourmet meal, but it was quick and easy. Not sure if we'll make it again.

I don't even saute the chicken, just to make it faster. We make this about every other week. It's quick and yummy! I use whole wheat pasta.

I used real chicken and added a little onion. Very good, very flavorful

I left out the roasted red pepper and really enjoyed this.
