My family was not a big fan of the peas. Next time I think I will use broccoli. My family also requested that we try chicken in place of the ham once in awhile.
Surprisingly good. A lot of flavor. I eyeballed everything (I don't measure well) and used lots of red onion and some yellow. Left out the ham. Added some extra spices. Turned out great!
