Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very good but somewhat blande. This was very good but somewhat blande. I think it was because I used a different spaghetti sauce than normal. I would have liked that the veggies were more firm and not so mushy but overall this was an excellent dish. My husband and 4 yr. old both liked it too but my 22mon. old didn't. To each their own I guess. I will add this as a healthy recipe for my family.

Started out making this in a large skillet, but had to transfer it into a Dutch oven, it makes so much. I found that 6 servings was 2 cups each, rather than 1 cup. Instead of 26 oz. spaghetti sauce, I added 1 can diced Italian tomatoes, 6 oz. salsa and 5 oz. Italian Herb spaghetti sauce. Turned out great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My family loved this. My family loved this. I think it was good, except that everything was kind of soft, squishy, and soggy. I think that next time, I will not simmer this for the full 20 minutes. The texture was so soft, that it was hard to tell what was a noodle and what was vegetable. But otherwise, it tasted good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe was very good, better than I expected. This recipe was very good, better than I expected. The flavor cooked into the noodles and gave it a very full, well-rounded flavor. Like the other reviews stated, the portion is very large and I had to move it to a larger pan after adding all the ingredients.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was easy and very good. This was easy and very good. An excellent way to get young children to eat their veggies, with no hassle whatsoever. Veggie, Grain/Pasta, and dairy group serving all in one bowl. I liked the veggies being very soft, it helped in the "masquerade".

I cooked the veggies in some of the meat fat to soften them up that made the meal very tasty and I added extra herb's. This meal was much better then I thought it was going to be. I will make this recipe a few times a year I am sure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great meal for kids since the vegetables are shredded. Great meal for kids since the vegetables are shredded. The Barilla Plus Rotini noodles are more firm than other brands, therefore the noodles won't get mushy while cooking. I've made this quite a few times.
