This recipe was very good and very easy. I cut the ingredients in half and it fit my pan and fed the 3 of us with some leftover. Would definitely make it again.

What You Need

1
lb.  extra-lean ground beef
3
cups  water
1
 onion, finely chopped
1
 carrot, shredded
1
 zucchini, shredded
1
jar  (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
3
cups  rotini pasta, uncooked
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet.

STIR in all remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to boil; simmer on medium heat 20 min., stirring occasionally.

STIR in half the cheese; top with remaining cheese.

Prepare using any other small shaped pasta.
Creative Leftovers
Cool any leftovers, then refrigerate until ready to reheat to serve as part of another meal. Or, store in airtight container and freeze until ready to thaw, reheat and serve.
