Cooked pasta is tossed with Parmesan cheese and a creamy sauce flavored with Dijon mustard, herbs and garlic for an easy meatless main dish.

what you need

lb. linguine or your favorite pasta, cooked, drained

1-3/4

cups milk

Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

tsp. garlic powder

1/2

tsp. Italian seasoning

1/2

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK linguine as directed on package; drain.

MEANWHILE, mix milk, mustard, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in saucepan. Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. (Do not boil.)

PLACE hot linguine in serving bowl. Add milk mixture and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat.

I hated this. Way too much mustard.

Good, but not great. The mustard is pretty strange. I think I'll want to play around with adding or subtracting things next time I make it, but I will make it again! Serve with bread to break up the spice of the mustard.

Recipe called for too much mustard. Maybe next time, less mustard and add a little butter. Sauce had a blan mustardy taste.

Made this recipe in a pinch - used rigatoni and wasn't a big fan. Might have been better with a fettuccine or the like, however I still didn't think the sauce had much flavor.

I thought it tasted a little weird, but not too bad. My son and daughter liked it. Garlic bread is good with it.
