  • Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, adding vegetables to the boiling water the last 3 min.
  • Meanwhile, cook remaining ingredients in saucepan on medium-low heat until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain spaghetti mixture; return to pan. Add sauce; toss to coat.


Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

Special Extra

Prepare as directed, adding 1 cup thawed frozen peas and 1/4 cup crumbled cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon or 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits to the sauce. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Special Extra

Stir in 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and 1/8 tsp. white pepper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from i have made this pasta many times and it is one of my favorits. i have made this pasta many times and it is one of my favorits. I have never put the pepper, nutmeg, or garlic in though. I usally use spagetie noodles and i am always putting new things in it. I love to put shrimp in it. also i have found i like to skip the step where you mix the noodles and the sauce, it stores better this way and everyone gets to put however much sauce they want. i heat the veggies and shrimp in with the sauce. everyone i have served it to loves it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This pasta is GREAT! This pasta is GREAT!! I used boxed pasta as I didn't have fresh. I also omitted the garlic powder and nutmeg and used lots of black pepper instead of white as I didn't have white. I also cut the butter in half and used skim milk and it still was really tasty. I thawed frozen shrimp and added it to the pasta water about 2 minutes before it was done. We LOVED the taste (even my kids) and even better, it made great leftovers unlike a lot of pasta dishes I have tried.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A M A Z I N G! A M A Z I N G! This was sooo easy to make and taste way better than resturant alfredo! I used all ingredients besides the nutmeg b/c we didn't have any but it still tasted the same! Had to mess w/ the measurments though for my taste but it was still great. Cooked the chicken in EVOO and added garlic and other spices to it then threw it in w/ cooked pasta and added a lot of flavor to the noodles. Love it!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love this dish! I love this dish! It was great. Instead of chicken I pan fried some chuck tender steak and topped the pasta with the steak. (my husband has to have meat in his food). I also added the white pepper and the nutmeg which made a WORLD of difference! It was awesome. Only problem I have with it is that the sauce thickens up too fast but that is not unusual. Add a little milk and voila! Very good recipe!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I made this and used two minced garlic cloves in place of the garlic powder. I made this and used two minced garlic cloves in place of the garlic powder. I also used a whole 8 ounces of cream cheese rather than just four. I used a mixture of Italian spices and asiago cheese instead of the parmesan. For the veggies I used broccoli, squash, and red peppers. It turned out very well!! Would make it again, possibly using a little more spices or fresh herbs.

My 4 year old loved it Not only cause it had chicken in it but he loves Vegetables. This is A dish I Recommend for first time and always on the go MOMS or if it's Daddy's night to Cook dinner. This Can Also Be made with Pork (the other white Meat :-) A A+ MEAL.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was awesome! This recipe was awesome! Sadly, by the time this was done cooking, I had filled up on an onion bagel (I only got a few bites). I had it the next day and it was still very good! Instead of carrots though, I used tomatoes. Next time, I'll add more veggies. I wasn't the only one who loved it, my boyfriend loved it so much that he couldn't stop eating it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this using bow tie pasta instead of spaghetti. I made this using bow tie pasta instead of spaghetti. It was very good and my family really liked it. One said how "light" it was. I made it as written but when I make it again, I will double the sauce, add crushed garlic, chives and possibly onions to add more flavor. As a side dish with a more highly seasoned meat, it was fine. Reheats ok.
