  • Cook pasta. Drain, rinse and cool. Place in large bowl.
  • Add onions, peppers, carrots and tomatoes. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  • Pour dressing over pasta mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Variation

Prepare as directed, using your favorite cut-up vegetables and shaped pasta.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe is so easy. This recipe is so easy. I made it for a family get together. I used the spiral pasta and egg noodles. I put finely grated montery jack cheese in it. I used regular tomatos out of my garden as well as fresh uncooked green beans. and carrots sliced. and some sliced olives. For the dressing i used kraft zesty italian i made a huge bowl so i used the entire larger bottle.I also used bacon bits to top each individual persons plate ...Yummmy very good and simple salad. is easy to make a recipe to each persons taste. as you can see i didnt have every ingrediant recipe stated so i substituted and it tasted just as good the way i made it. Just use what vegetables you have on hand.
