Fettuccine pasta, ham and pecans are tossed with a sumptuous cream cheese sauce flavored with wine, garlic and blue cheese for an elegant entrée.

What You Need

Tbsp.  butter or margarine
1
cup  coarsely chopped leeks
1/4
cup  coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
1-1/2
cups  OSCAR MAYER Cooked Ham strips
1/4
cup  Madeira wine
1
clove  garlic, minced
1
container  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread

Tbsp.  milk
1/2
cup  ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese

oz.  fettuccine, cooked, drained

Make It

MELT butter in medium skillet. Add leeks and pecans; cook and stir until leeks are tender. Add ham; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Set aside.

COOK wine and garlic in medium saucepan on low heat 1 min. Add cream cheese spread and milk; cook until cream cheese spread is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in blue cheese.

PLACE hot fettuccine in large serving bowl. Add ham mixture and cheese sauce; mix lightly.

Use Your Microwave
Place leeks, pecans and butter in 1-qt. microwaveable casserole dish. Cover with plastic wrap; turn back one corner to vent. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 5 min. or until leeks are tender, stirring after 2 min. Stir in ham. Microwave 3 to 5 min. or until heated through.
Substitute
Substitute chicken broth for the wine and PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese for the cream cheese spread.
