  • Beat first 4 ingredients with mixer until blended. Divide dough in half; place each half in separate medium bowl. Add different flavor dry gelatin mix and 2 Tbsp. coconut to dough in each bowl; mix well. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Heat oven to 375ºF. Drop 2 tsp. of each cookie dough, touching side by side, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 9 to 11 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  • Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over cookies. Let stand until firm.

Special Equipment Needed


Prepare using any 2 contrasting colors of JELL-O Gelatin Mix. Substitute BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate for the BAKER'S White Chocolate.

Special Extra

For a darker blue color, add 1 to 2 drops of blue food coloring to the blue cookie dough before refrigerating.
