  • Combine 1/2 cup each oats and milk, and 1 Tbsp. flax seed in each of 4 pint-size jars with lids.
  • Reserve a few peach pieces garnish; spoon remaining peaches evenly over oat mixture in jars.
  • Mix cream cheese, agave syrup, vanilla and remaining milk in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 3 Tbsp. coconut; spoon evenly over peaches in jars.
  • Top with reserved peaches and remaining coconut. Cover with lids.
  • Refrigerate overnight.

How to Toast the Coconut in the Microwave

Spread coconut evenly onto bottom of shallow microwaveable dish. Microwave on HIGH 3 min. or until lightly browned, stirring after each minute. (Watch carefully as the coconut can easily burn.)
