  • Place 20 of the cookies in food processor container; cover. Process until finely crushed. Mix with butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Split remaining 5 cookies in half; set aside.
  • Add milk to dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Add peaches and all but 10 of the raspberries.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Loosen torte from side of pan; remove side of pan. Arrange split cookies evenly around edge of torte. Top with reserved raspberries. Cut into 10 slices to serve. Store leftover torte in refrigerator.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.

    HELLO!! I WISH I COULD RATE THIS RECIPE BUT I HAVEN'T MADE IT YET THAT'S WHY I MARKED IT AS GOOD. THE REASON I HAVE NOT MADE IT YET IS BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING FOR A PEACHES AND CREAM CAKE RECIPE, IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN FILL A SIMPLE VANILLA SPONGE CAKE WITH THIS PEACH FILLING TO MAKE WHAT I WANT? IS THE CONSISTENCY OF THIS FILLING GOOD ENOUGH FOR A CAKE? I TRIED TO FIND A PEACHES AND CREAM CAKE RECIPE HERE BUT I COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING, ANY IDEA?? I WILL APPRECIATE IT!! THANKS

    DELICIOUS! Although, mine was not stiff enough to take out of the springform pan. I forgot to thaw the cool whip and hopefully that was the only problem. I will be trying again ina few weeks!
