Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is by far the worst recipe I have ever tried. This is by far the worst recipe I have ever tried. I followed the recipe to the letter and it came out a mess. The jello never set and I ended up wasting a crust along with some dvery good peaches and cool whip. A total waste of money and time. It might have been better adding a substantial substance such as creme cheese instead of just cool whip. I would never make this mess again. I read one review before I made it that said the same thing I did, but I thought maybe she didn't let the jello thicken enough and she apparently did and ended up with the same dmess that I did.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a delightfully refreshing and easy summer dessert. This was a delightfully refreshing and easy summer dessert. Really great for these HOT summer days. I will try it with peach gelatine next time as I too thought the orange a bit overwelming. I used half vanilla wafers and half ginger snap cookies for the crust to add more flavor and compliment the peach. My husband, who hates "diet food" loved this and didn't realize that I had used suger-free jello and cool whip lite to cut back on calories as well. This is a keeper!

I was concerned when I first mixed the jello because it wasn't setting up after 10 minutes of being in ice. I went ahead and mixed in the Cool-Whip and it was still sloshy. Left it in the fridge for 2 hours and it still was not firm. Frustrated that I ruined it I left it in the fridge for dinner the next day. Overnight it finally solidified and was very good. The girlfriend's family was impressed that I made it from scratch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My husband's diabetic and I'm always on the lookout for recipes I can convert to low or no sugar. My husband's diabetic and I'm always on the lookout for recipes I can convert to low or no sugar. I made this one for Valentine's Day. He said this is a definite "keeper." This one was very easy to convert and the result was very tasty. I used sugar free peach Jell-O, sugar free Cool Whip, peaches in light syrup drained very well and then used a prepared low fat graham cracker crust. Next time I'm going to make strawberry.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I tried this recipe, It was great! I tried this recipe, It was great!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tastes almost like a half and half bar (remember those??) Anyway I made this on a HOT summer day (we live in the desert in CA) and everyone loved it. It was a great refreshing dessert. I am thinking about trying ig with other flavored JELL-Os and fruits. The only thing I would change to make it a little easier, is use a already made pie crust. ENJOY!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a reply for professr. This is a reply for professr. Once you add the cool whip you cannot 'Fix' it.You cannot add the cool whip until the jello is thick enough. If it has not thickened enough it will not 'thicken up' further once you add the cool whip.If you arent sure when, wait till you can leave an impression when you pull a spoon thru.Any looser than that and it wont let up.There are no jello police with a timer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This pie is fantastic! This pie is fantastic! I'm sorry I can't agree with any negative reviews. I even reduced the calories by using sugar free jello and light cool whip (other than not being as fluffy as I'm sure full fat cool whip would have been) it was fantastic. I brought it into work for a luncheon we were having and everyone loved it! Definitely a fantastic summer dessert! I highly recommend!
