  • Pulse first 5 ingredients in blender until smooth; reserve 1/2 cup mixture for later use. Pour remaining dressing mixture over meat in shallow dish. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Thread meat onto 4 skewers. Grill kabobs 9 to 11 min. until meat is done, turning occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, heat reserved dressing mixture and peanut butter in small saucepan on medium-low heat until peanut butter is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Serve kabobs with peanut butter sauce for dipping.

Marinate and thread meat on kabobs as directed. Heat broiler. Broil kabobs, 3 to 4 inches from heat, 7 to 9 min. or until meat is done, turning occasionally.


If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
