  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Microwave chocolate, peanut butter and 1 cup milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2-1/2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in 1 cup of the remaining milk and eggs. Pour mixture into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix brownie mix, butter and remaining milk until blended. Pour over chocolate mixture in pan.
  • Bake 30 to 36 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Cool completely.
