  • Mix sugar, cracker crumbs, peanut butter, 1 cup of the almonds and melted butter in large bowl. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  • Place caramels and water in large saucepan; cook on low heat until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Pour over crust.
  • Combine chocolate and 3 Tbsp. butter in large saucepan. Cook on low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Spread over caramel layer. Immediately sprinkle with remaining almonds; press gently into caramel layer. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into 36 bars. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

Prepare as directed, substituting 1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks for the chopped chocolate.
