Peanut Butter Fantasy Fudge

This creamy peanut butter fudge recipe makes 40 servings, so you can let a lot of people share in the fudgy fantasy!

3 lb. or 40 servings, about 2 squares each

What You Need

cups  sugar
cup  butter or margarine
small  can (5 oz.) evaporated milk (about 2/3 cup)
cup  PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
jar  (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
cup  chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts
tsp.  vanilla

Make It

LINE 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in heavy 3-qt. saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil about 4 min. or until candy thermometer reaches 234°F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat.

ADD peanut butter and marshmallow creme; stir until completely melted. Add nuts and vanilla; mix well.

POUR immediately into prepared pan; spread to evenly cover bottom of pan. Cool at room temperature at least 4 hours.

A serving of this sweet treat is 2 squares. A small portion goes a long way on chocolate flavor.
Use Your Microwave
To prepare in the microwave, microwave butter in 4-qt. microwaveable bowl on HIGH until melted. Add sugar and milk; mix well. Microwave 5 min. or until mixture begins to boil, stirring after 3 min. Stir well, scraping down side of bowl. Microwave 5-1/2 min., stirring after 3 min. Let stand 2 min. Add chocolate and marshmallow creme; continue as directed.
Important Note
If you are only able to purchase a large (12-oz.) can of evaporated milk, be sure to use only 2/3 cup so that the fudge will set.
