Peanut Butter Granola Cookies

Add a cinnamon-granola crunch—and some chewy oats— to your peanut butter cookies for a hearty take on a yummy treat.

What You Need

cup  old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1/2
cup  whole wheat flour
1/2
cup  all-purpose flour
1/2
tsp.  CALUMET Baking Powder
1/4
tsp.  baking soda
3/4
cup  PLANTERS Cinnamon Raisin Granola Crunch – Crunchy Peanut Butter with Cinnamon, Raisins & Granola
1/2
cup  butter, softened
1/2
cup  packed brown sugar
1
 egg
1
tsp.  vanilla

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COMBINE first 5 ingredients. Beat peanut butter, butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually beat in flour mixture until well blended.

DROP heaping tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.

BAKE 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
