You've heard of a BLT. But have you tried a PBLT? Peanut butter stands in for bacon in this surprisingly hearty version of the classic diner sandwich.

I've made this recipe combo but always with bacon added. It is delicious!! My friends think I'm crazy when I tell them what my favorite sandwich is--until I make one and they try it!. Only good with my Miracle Whip! I LOVE Miracle Whip with everything.

My favorite sandwich is Miracle Whip and peanut butter. People think I am nuts for eating this. But, I am not sure of adding lettuce and tomato.

I just made this and I thought it was very good. I told a couple of people about it and they seem to not like the sound of the combination of the peanut butter and miracle whip. I made one sandwich and gave it to my adult daughter. She was a little slow in trying it, and just broke off a small piece and handed the rest back to me. She ate the small piece and then wanted the rest of the sandwich, and ate all of it. I made this sandwich toasted and un-toasted, and I like the toasted much better. Try this sandwich!! Its good!!
