Edorn, read the recipe. It calls for 2 tbsp. of peanut butter.

The reason for one star: the recipe calls for peanut butter but there is no peanut butter mentioned in the list of ingredients. How much PEANUT BUTTER do I need to add????

Very easy and quick. Tasted great! I used walnuts instead of peanuts. I also mixed the bread and nuts together in a Ziploc bag instead of a shallow plate. Worked great. Cooking time was accurate.
