What You Need

 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/3 cups)
1/4
cup  margarine or butter, melted

pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4
cup  powdered sugar
1/2
cup  PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

Tbsp.  milk
2
cups   thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

BLEND cookie crumbs and margarine until blended; press onto bottom of 8-inch square pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer on high speed until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter and milk; mix well. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread over crust.

REFRIGERATE 5 hours.
