Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is delicious! This is delicious!! I decided to make a couple changes to the recipe to give it a little more peanut butter flavor. I used peanut butter oreos instead of the original flavor and also added at least 1/2 C of peanut butter to the pudding (I didn't measure). Lastly, I changed up the cream cheese layer a tad. I mixed 8oz of cream cheese with 1 cup of powdered sugar and then added the cool whip. My last suggestion is to have more than 8oz of cool whip on hand...needed more for the top layer. Will definitely make this again! Yum!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from After all the great reviews, I was very disappointed with this recipe. After all the great reviews, I was very disappointed with this recipe. There wasn't a lot of flavor, and even though I had it in the freezer over 2 hours before cutting, the top 2 layers still fell down the sides. It was supposed to be for a dinner party, but the cut slices look too awful to show up with. I followed the recpied exactly (for the low fat version), and it doesn't look good or taste good. Both my husband and I would rather just eat 2 Oreo cookies - we'd enjoy that a lot more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made the peanut butter striped delight several times, and each time it has been a hit! I have made the peanut butter striped delight several times, and each time it has been a hit! Another great idea is to substitute the peanutbuter with pumpkin pie filling. All you need to do is get the canned pumpkin pie filling and add the spices...don't add the eggs or anthing. Just add it where the peanut butter should go, and you have a thanksgiving desert! It is also good with vanilla pudding, crushed up candy canes, and a little pepermint flavoring instead of peanut butter!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My next door neighbor has six grandchildren . My next door neighbor has six grandchildren . They all live near her and are at her house most of the time. I made the Peanut Butter Striped Delight and sent it over to her as the children are there every weekend. They raved about it and told her to thank the COOKIE LADY. That's what they call me as I am always sending them some kind of cookie. I enjoy doing it and get a big kick out of seeing them enjoy my cookies. Gloria

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this to take to someone's house for a gathering and it was a hit. I made this to take to someone's house for a gathering and it was a hit. We had leftovers and my family ate it for the next two days and it was still wonderful. The longer we had it, in fact, the better the crust set up (it was a little less solid the first day). And, my husband doesn't really like peanut butter but really enjoyed this dessert--enjoying multiple helpings. I will certainly make this again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I am a peanut butter and chocolate fanatic so I was very disappointed in this recipe. I am a peanut butter and chocolate fanatic so I was very disappointed in this recipe. I followed the directions but the result was a smooshy mess. The layers did not even cover one another, let alone look thick like in the picture provided. If I make this recipe again I will double the amount of pudding and cream cheese and cool whip, and use less liquid in the cream cheese and pudding layers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was soooooo good! This was soooooo good! I made this for my husband and children for dessert a couple of nights ago and they said it was like heaven! I will make this again and I recommend this to everyone! So easy to make, looks really pretty when done, and tastes amazing. Make sure you chop up a couple of oreos to put on the top to make it pretty like the picture, I don't think the recipe says to do that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a very tasty dessert and easy to make. This is a very tasty dessert and easy to make. I do a variation of this recipe, using vanilla sandwich cookies instead of chocolate ones for the crust, and then use a vanilla pudding or banana pudding, no peanut butter, and I slice bananas into the pudding. It is a big hit at my work place when I bring it for pot-luck parties, and they even ask me ahead of time to please make it.
