Peanut Butter-Trail Mix Cookies

Honey, crunchy peanut butter, coconut and oats come together deliciously in these easy-to-make (and surprisingly hearty) trail mix cookies.

What You Need

1/2
cup  PLANTERS Cinnamon Raisin Granola Crunch – Crunchy Peanut Butter with Cinnamon, Raisins & Granola
1/2
cup  honey
1/3
cup  butter, melted
1
 egg
1/2
cup  each all-purpose and whole wheat flour
1/2
tsp.  CALUMET Baking Powder
1/4
tsp.  baking soda
1
cup  old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1/2
cup  BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

BEAT first 4 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended. Mix flours, baking powder and soda. Gradually beat into peanut butter mixture until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.

DROP tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 10 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 2 min.; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
