Oh-so-good! I made this, today, and it turned out great! I didn't freeze it overnight, just until it got firm. We will be fixing this again!
I doubled the recipe and made this in a 9x13 pan to take to a family gathering. Everyone loved it! As a matter of fact, they were fighting over who would get to eat the last of it!
The only problem I had was the plastic wrap in the bottom of the pan. It would NOT lift out, or come out in any way. I had to thaw the dessert about half way, cut it and use a narrow spatula to lift out. Of course, the plastic wrap cut too, and made it hard to get the pieces out of the pan. DO NOT USE PLATIC WRAP. Nest time I will use a spring form pan.
