  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Add honey and butter; mix well. Spread into 2 foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pans.
  • Bake 30 min., stirring every 10 min. Stir in raisins and cranberries. Bake 5 min.; cool completely.
  • Break into bite-size pieces.

Variation

Substitute PLANTERS Dry Roasted Sunflower Kernels for the pepitas and/or golden raisins or currants for the dark raisins or cranberries.

    This is a fabulous snack. And my kids like to add milk to eat as a cereal. I mistakenly placed one of the two trays on the bottom rack. It was salvaged but tasted slightly burnt. So you might want to cook one tray at a time on the middle rack.
