  • Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 min. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 min. or until done.
  • Add nuts and soy sauce; stir-fry 2 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and mixture is heated through.
  • Serve over salad greens.

Peanut-Chicken Wraps

Omit salad greens. Cook chicken mixture as directed; spoon down centers of 4 warmed (10-inch) fat-free flour tortillas. Roll up and serve.

    I have made this quite a few times, since my first review and REALLY love it ! SO QUICK AND EASY ! I prefer to cook my chicken, first - add the veggies, then the dressing...once I have the veggies near the firmness, I like - I add the soy sauce. I eat this over rice. YUM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I enjoy making so many recipes on this site although i limit the cheese part but still they turn out to be so yummy.as we all are on a salad soup diet this recipe was extremely loved by the whole family..
