What You Need

tsp.  butter, softened
1/2
cup  sugar, divided
1/2
cup  milk
1/2
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
3
 eggs
1
tsp.  vanilla
Dash  salt
3/4
cup  flour
1
large  fresh pear, thinly sliced

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

BUTTER 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. sugar.

BLEND remaining sugar and all other remaining ingredients except pears in blender until well blended. Pour half into prepared pie plate. Arrange pears over batter in dish; cover with remaining batter.

BAKE 45 to 50 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
