This was such a big hit. I couldn't find the smoky swiss and chedder so I just bought both separate but it still turned out great. Will definately make it again!

oz. KRAFT Hickory Smoked Pasteurized Process Swiss and Cheddar Cheese, cut into 12 thin slices

TOP cracker with remaining ingredients.
