A trio of cheeses—cheddar, blue and cream cheese—are blended, shaped in a ball and rolled in chopped pecans for an easy and classic appetizer spread.

What You Need

pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
cup  KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
pkg.  (4.5 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
cup  chopped PLANTERS Pecans
 RITZ Crackers

Make It

BEAT cheeses in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

SHAPE into ball; roll in pecans. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

SERVE as a spread with crackers.
