Tap or click steps to mark as complete

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except the pastry shell; mix until well blended.
  • Pour into pastry shell.
  • Bake 50 to 55 min. or until top is slightly puffed, covering loosely with foil after 30 min. to avoid over-browning. Cool completely. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

Size-Wise

This easy-to-make dessert is extremely indulgent, so enjoy it only on special occasions.

Storage Know-How

Store pecans in tightly covered container in a cool dark place. Or, place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag and freeze up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before using.

The recipe doesn't specify this, but you need a deep dish pie shell. It will overflow a regular shell. I learned the hard way.
