Make this restaurant-style favorite at home in the skillet—easily. Prep the chicken breast with sweet marmalade, maple syrup and nuts, cook and serve.

What You Need

tablespoons  orange marmalade
tablespoons  pure maple syrup
cup  finely chopped pecans
tablespoons  all-purpose flour
 teaspoon salt
 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/4 lb. total)
tablespoons  cooking oil
 tablespoon butter

Make It

1. In a small bowl stir together orange marmalade and maple syrup; set aside. In a shallow dish combine the pecans, flour, and salt. Brush marmalade mixture on both sides of chicken breasts. Dip into pecan mixture to coat, pressing pecan mixture into chicken, if necessary.

2. In a 12-inch skillet heat cooking oil and butter over medium heat until the butter melts and the mixture begins to bubble. Add chicken breasts and cook for 6 minutes. Turn chicken. Cook for 6 to 9 minutes more or until golden brown and no longer pink in center (170 degree F). Watch closely and reduce heat if chicken browns too quickly. Makes 4 servings.
