Pecan-Gorgonzola Cheese Log

What You Need!

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg.  (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup  fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 cup  chopped PLANTERS Pecan Halves, toasted

Make It!

PLACE all ingredients except nuts in food processor; cover. Process until well blended. Place on large sheet of plastic wrap.

ROLL into 10-inch log; wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

REMOVE cheese log from plastic wrap; roll in pecans until evenly coated on all sides.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with assorted NABISCO Crackers. Or cut into thin slices and serve as toppers for your favorite mixed green salad.
If Don't Have a Food Processor
Place all ingredients except nuts in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat on low speed until well blended. Continue as directed.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, using ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese.
