  • Place all ingredients except nuts in food processor; cover. Process until well blended. Place on large sheet of plastic wrap.
  • Roll into 10-inch log; wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  • Remove cheese log from plastic wrap; roll in pecans until evenly coated on all sides.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with assorted crackers. Or cut into thin slices and serve as toppers for your favorite mixed green salad.
