I've made this recipe several times. They are my husbands favorite dessert! I don't have a food processor to chop the pecans, so I put them in a ziplock bag and smash them with a meat tenderizer - works great!
I think mine might have been a little flat/crisp since I accidently melted the butter instead of just softening it...but they still tasted great!
