I didn't brush on the olive oil, instead, I dabbed it on with a paper towel. I also used boneless pork ribs instead of tenderloin. It came out amazing!

What You Need

1
pkg.  (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Rosemary & Roasted Garlic Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
1/2
cup  finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
2
 pork tenderloins (2 lb.), trimmed
2
tsp.  olive oil

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

COMBINE cheese mixture and nuts. Brush meat with oil; coat evenly with nut mixture.

PLACE tenderloins, side-by-side, in foil-lined 13x9-inch pan.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until done (150ºF).
