When measuring brown sugar, pack firmly into a dry measuring cup and level off for an accurate measurement.
When measuring a sticky liquid such as corn syrup or honey, first spray the inside of the measuring cup with cooking spray. The sticky liquid will slide right out!
For easy removal of baked dessert from pan, line empty pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; spray with cooking spray. Prepare dessert in prepared pan as directed; cool completely. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting as directed to serve. For an easy way to line the pan with foil, turn pan upside-down and wrap a piece of foil around bottom and up sides of pan. When you turn the pan over, the foil fits perfectly inside the pan.
