What You Need

lb.  lean ground beef
4
slices  each Pepper Jack and Sharp Cheddar from KRAFT Pepper Jack and Sharp Cheddar Combo Pack Cheese Slices, cut in half
8
 slider buns
3
Tbsp.  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
2
 plum tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
1/2
 avocado, cut into 8 slices

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

SHAPE meat into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

GRILL 3 to 5 min. on each side or until done, topping with cheese and adding buns, cut-sides down, to the grill for the last 1 min.

SPREAD cut sides of buns with mayo; fill with tomatoes, avocados and burgers.

How to Add Grill Marks
For a restaurant-style touch, add grill marks to your grilled meat, poultry or fish. Just place the food diagonally across the hot oiled grill grates, then proceed with grilling as usual. For a special touch, rotate the food a quarter turn halfway through the grilling time on each side to create criss-crossed grill marks.
