This classic meal gets a new twist. Beef and bell peppers are folded into handy foil packets for grilling—simple to cook and no messy cleanup.

what you need

1
 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick, fat trimmed
4
sheets  (12x18-inch each) aluminum foil
1/2
tsp.  garlic powder
1/4
tsp.  ground black pepper
1
medium  green pepper, cut into strips
1
medium  red pepper, cut into strips
1
cup  lite teriyaki sauce
3
cups  hot cooked MINUTE White Rice

Make It

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Cut steak into thin strips. Place 1/4 of the steak strips in center of each sheet of foil; sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper. Top with pepper strips; drizzle with teriyaki sauce.

BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 4 packets.

PLACE packets on rack of grill; cover grill with lid. Grill 7 to 9 minutes or until steak is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.

Substitute
Substitute boneless skinless chicken breast halves for the steak.
Jazz It Up
Add 1 medium onion, sliced, to the grill packets before sealing and grilling.
