  • Mix soy sauce and cornstarch until well blended.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until steak is no longer pink. Add peppers; cook and stir 1 min. Add soy sauce mixture and beef broth; mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in steak sauce; simmer 1 min.
  • Serve over rice.
