Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I served this on Thanksgiving. I served this on Thanksgiving. Anything that's easy and can be made ahead of time is great. The fact that it tastes delicious was a huge bonus! The red onion seemed to be a bit strong though. Next time I'll use a white, or better yet, a vidalia if it's available. OH! Definitely serve this with Wheat Thins. A perfect combination.

Mine is much easier and 2 years later still getting requests. Mixed good quality smoked salmon with Kraft Italian Dressing and pour over a cube of cream cheese, serve with crackers.
