  • Beat milk and pudding mixes with whisk 2 min.; spoon 1-1/2 cups into crust. Top with marshmallows. Stir 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spoon over pie.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours. Meanwhile, pour chocolate into resealable plastic bag. Snip off small corner from bottom of bag; use to squeeze chocolate into 10 desired shapes on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm.
  • Top pie with remaining COOL WHIP, crushed candy and chocolate shapes just before serving.

    This is one of my favorites and always a hit at pot lucks/dinners! I do change it up a bit and use peppermint patties instead of crushed peppermint candy. And, I don't do the marshmallows- I put a layer of peppermint patties in the middle too. You can't use "real" whipped cream or it will be watery on top. If you use cool whip, it should last more than one day without being watery. I've never had that issue.

    This pie was a huge hit at Thanksgiving. Everyone commented on how pretty is was. I made chocolate pumpkins to put on it instead of stars. Will definitely make this again.
