This is a cute idea... I like it this way, but I make spinish dip and fill with that instead. Both work well. Fun dish and saves on bowls.
I used 3 different colors of peppers and made a colorful and tasty treat for my large crowd! It was a big hit.
It tasted very good. I used yellow, green, and red bell peppers to hold the Ranch. I used other food for dipping.
