What You Need

1/4
cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4
cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1
clove garlic, minced
1
tsp. ground cumin
2
 pork tenderloins (1-1/2 lb. each)
5
 tomatillos, husked, washed
4
 serrano chiles
1/4
cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4
cup  chopped cilantro
1
large fully ripe avocado, peeled, pitted

Make It

MIX first 4 ingredients until blended. Pour over meat in shallow glass dish; turn to evenly coat meat with mayo mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

HEAT grill to medium heat. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Grill meat 20 min. or until done (160ºF), turning occasionally. Remove meat from grill; cover with foil. Let stand 5 min.

MEANWHILE grill tomatillos and serranos 8 to 10 min. or until skin is blistered and blackened. Remove from grill, place in blender. Add dressing, cilantro and avocado; blend until smooth.

SHRED 1 pork tenderloin for Grilled Pork Tacos. Refrigerate. Slice remaining pork tenderloin; serve with grilled tomatillo salsa.

Substitute
Substitute 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing for the mayo to create a less dense marinade.
How to
It is easier to shred the extra tenderloin while still warm for your grilled tacos.

GRILLED PORK TACOS: MASH 1 can (15 oz.) great Northern beans, rinsed, in bowl with back of spoon or potato masher. Add 2 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened; mix until well blended. Stir in 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped and 2 Tbsp. A.1. Original Steak Sauce. Spread bean mixture evenly onto 12 corn tortillas (6 inch). Top with 3 cups shredded grilled pork tenderloin; roll up tightly. HEAT grill to medium heat. Grill tortillas 12 to 15 min. or until crisp and lightly browned; turning occasionally. SERVE topped with 1 cup shredded lettuce, 1 tomato, finely chopped, 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream and 1 avocado, thinly sliced.
