Serve this wrap with a piece of fresh fruit and cut-up assorted fresh vegetables to round out the meal.
Omit tortillas, plum tomatoes and lettuce. Prepare chicken salad as directed. Cut 6 large (regular) tomatoes into wedges, stopping about 1/2 inch from bottom of each tomato; fill with chicken mixture. Top with chopped bacon. Serve with your favorite crackers.
Substitute OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon for the cooked OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon.

My family loves this! It's a quick meal on a wam day so you don't have to heat up the kitchen to much.
Tip: Make the chicken a day ahead or a few hours and put it in the fridge to cool (if you can) so it can cool and you can shred it. Sometimes I use a few leftover chicken breast and add the cooking cream.
