  • Mix cream cheese spread, milk, pesto and lemon juice until blended. Add to chicken in medium bowl; mix lightly.
  • Spoon down centers of tortillas.
  • Top with remaining ingredients; roll up.

Serve this wrap with a piece of fresh fruit and cut-up assorted fresh vegetables to round out the meal.

Pesto-Chicken Stuffed Tomatoes

Omit tortillas, plum tomatoes and lettuce. Prepare chicken salad as directed. Cut 6 large (regular) tomatoes into wedges, stopping about 1/2 inch from bottom of each tomato; fill with chicken mixture. Top with chopped bacon. Serve with your favorite crackers.


Substitute OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon for the cooked OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My family loves this! My family loves this! It's a quick meal on a wam day so you don't have to heat up the kitchen to much. Tip: Make the chicken a day ahead or a few hours and put it in the fridge to cool (if you can) so it can cool and you can shred it. Sometimes I use a few leftover chicken breast and add the cooking cream.
