Add flavor to shredded rotisserie-cooked chicken with pesto and serve it as a cheesy panini grilled until golden brown.

What You Need

cup  shredded rotisserie-cooked chicken
Tbsp.  pesto
slices  multi-grain bread
cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

PREHEAT panini grill to high heat. Mix chicken and pesto; spread onto 1 of the bread slices.

TOP with cheese and remaining bread slice.

GRILL 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.

If You Don't Have a Panini Grill
Preheat large skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwich 2 to 4 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down top of sandwich with a spatula to flatten slightly as it cooks.
