I have made this recipe several times. Both my kids,a 15 and an 8 year old enjoy it. I think it's great and very easy!!

what you need

Tbsp. oil
3/4
lb. scallops

pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Three Cheese Tortellini
2
cups assorted cut-up vegetables (such as broccoli, red peppers and carrots)
1/2
cup DI GIORNO Basil Pesto Sauce

Make It

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add scallops; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until no longer translucent.

MEANWHILE, bring 4 qt. water to boil in large saucepan. Add pasta. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Stir in vegetables; continue cooking 3 min.

DRAIN pasta; place in medium bowl. Add scallops and pesto sauce; mix lightly.
